Pornotopia

Pornotopia at Nørrebro Teater. Fucking awesome play! It was really very good! It's about two porn stars making their own porn film called Pornotopia and a journalist making a documentary about them. I liked the breaks, where they stepped out of character and talked with each other and the audience about seeing porn. One thing I thought was a bit disappointing was that they talked about women as though there are only to kinds; 1) the woman that watches porn 2) the woman that doesn't watch porn because she is suppressing her sexual needs. I would have liked it better if they had painted a more nuanced picture of women on the subject of porn.
But the rest was really fun and interessting and not as provocative as I'd expected!

Incroyable

Sacre bleu! A couchsurfer gave me some pornography as a thank-you present for hosting him. It is called "J'fais du Porno et J'aime ca" and it is magnificent. I don't have much information about who produced it and such but it is a few shorter porn-films with different people much like Dirty Diaries.
This is some mint pornography, definitely worth watching. It is a bit artsy at times but I find that rather charming. I was told that it was supposed to be feminist porn but I can't really tell, however it is not as heterosexist in its display of female sexuality as everything else which is always a good thing. The only thing that I dislike about the films is that they almost only feature women with "Ideal" bodies, so in that sense the films could be considered somewhat sexist, but the same can be said concerning Dirty Diaries. Apparently I can't have my cake and eat it too when it comes to finding the perfect porn flick, but so far "J'fais du Porno et J'aime ca" is something I can not only settle for but appreciate. I very much enjoyed watching it.

Darkroom

Got a parcel from Andrae; the CD "Darkroom" by Gaymen!!!! Fantastic! It's 5 different versions of the song Darkroom, for instance the "Dark Hole Mix" and the "Stevie Kerrs Clutching The Soap Remix" - brillant! Couldn't find a picture of the CD, which incidentally is decorated with a close-up of an arse - so took the record instead. The song's absolutely magnificent; starts out with a lot of hot groans (bit like the Queer as Folk, UK theme), then culminating with the sentence: "Get with your hands in my pants, and make me come while I dance".
This is a must-hear!

Went to CPH: DOX yesterday to watch the notorious”Dirty Diaries”, a series of short pornographic films about different elements of female sexuality. I thought it was great. Produced by Mia Engberg and directed by several different people, mainly Swedish. My favorites are “Skin”, “Dildoman”, “On your back woman!” “Phone fuck” and “flasher girl on tour”, but they are all great.
